Chiquitos & Coast 2 Coast, Northampton

This site was constructed on a former recycling facility and all buildings had to be constructed using driven piles and ground beams, careful attention was paid to the car park where a geo-grid re-enforcement was laid to prevent any movement in the car park area of these two separate restaurants.

Accurate time management allowed the fit-out company 2 weeks early access to begin the tenants internal work, whilst Winworth finished the external works.

The project duration was 26 weeks.
