Elms Bank Specialist Arts College & Hydro Therapy Pool, Manchester

The works at Elms Bank Specialist Arts College consisted of constructing a brand new Hydro-Therapy Pool, changing rooms, and toilets which are all housed in a large extension adjacent to the school.

During the works we successfully tendered for the works to demolish and refurbish the existing Hydro-Therapy Pool.

All works were undertaken whilst the school was in operation. Winworth worked closely with the design team and the client to ensure the schools day to day activities were not adversely affected.

The construction works took 65 weeks to complete and were completed for a value of £1,500,000
