Winworth have worked on multiple phases of Bangor University, the initial phase of the works was the formation of music rooms within the Grade I listed Powis Hall section of the university.
Following more successful tendering we were appointed to renovate the roof, facades, statues, windows and leadwork to the Main Arts Building of the University.
The works included scaffolding over 75% of the elevations of this Grade I listed building and repointing areas in hydraulic lime mortar, localised stone repairs and replacement, restoration of the statues and stone features included specialist doff cleaning. All leaded windows were removed, restored and completely refitted.

Winworth won a further phase of works which was Located at the Brigantia Building within Bangor University, this phase of works consisted on the remodelling and alteration works to numerous classrooms to form seminar and office rooms
Overall the value of the works was £2,135,000 and was completed in March 2020
