Winworth started this project for Torus in September 2016 with all 9 phases of the build being completed in November 2018.

The works on this project included a large scale remediation strategy to prepare the site for the construction of the 104 timber framed houses.

During our time on site Winworth worked closely with the local community and actively engaged in activities with the local community.
