1 Mount Street, Hyde

Works to construct the apartment block at Hyde began with the demolition of a number of old buildings including a large mill that traditionally housed a hat manufacturer. Works began in January 2019, with works including the demolition of the existing buildings, construction of raft foundations, timber frame, brick façade, tiled roof and all internal fit outs due to be completed in April 2020.
